OCN accredited Certificate in 'Mediation in the Workplace'
- Units 1 & 2 (of 3 days each) - 6 days
- accredited training for your staff and personnel to integrate mediation and conflict resolution skills into their present role or to equip your own Internal Mediators to carry out workplace mediation as part of personnel policies or an organisations own 'internal' mediation service. Unit 1 'Facilitating a Mediation' - 3 days
- an excellent introduction to what workplace mediation is and some core skills training in communication and mediation skills (non-accredited if done on its own without Unit Two)
This Unit One can be done in-house for your staff or your staff can attend this 3 day Unit One as a public course.
'Mediation & Conflict Resolution Skills Training for Managers' - 2 days
(the most popular of our in-house training courses)
- gives a good introduction to what workplace mediation is and some core communication and conflict resolution skills to resolve every day conflicts, difficulties or complaints. Includes the PMR 'Brief Mediation' conflict intervention model. A highly useful information and skills training course for all levels of staff.
