 Mediation for Work Complaints 

PMR Ltd provide experienced, independent workplace mediation consultants to carry out an impartial, confidential mediation for your organisation anywhere in the UK or worldwide for such disputes as:

- Interpersonal differences, conflicts, difficulties in working together.

- we will then inform you of our straight forward 'day' or 'half day' consultancy fees for independent mediation: one of the most reasonable and transparent mediation costs in the UK- you pay only for the mediation day (telephone liaison - FREE, mediation advice and discussion- FREE, travel time to your venue for the mediation are all FREE of charge)

- we can usually arrange a convenient date and set up the mediation within a couple of weeks

- we provide independent mediation anywhere in the UK or worldwide and our mediators will travel to your location

- once you ask us to do the mediation for you, we will then e-mail you 'mediation information for the parties involved' so they know exactly what to expect

- mediation between two people usually takes one day with individual meetings with the mediator in the morning and the joint mediation meeting in the afternoon

- mediation with teams requires 2 mediators and can take 2 or 3 days depending on how many are in the team

 MEDIATION SEQUENCE 
  • contact PMR Ltd and agree a date for the mediation
  • confirm our terms and the date agreed for the mediation on your letterhead
  • give each party the PMR mediation information so they know what to expect
  • PMR Mediation consultant will see each party in an individual, confidential meeting
  • the parties are then brought together in a joint six step mediation meeting
  • the mediator has a follow up meeting around 3 months later to see how the agreements are working out

1 Day - 1 Mediator - very straight forward mediations between two people take only one day, with individual meetings with the mediator in the morning and the joint six step mediation together in the afternoon. More complex situations or where people need the time to communicate together can take up to two days.

1-3 Days - 2 Mediators for Team Mediations depending on the size of the team or work group.

 Expert Facilitation 

INDIVIDUALS, TEAM OR MEETING FACILITATION

Sometimes the situation does not require formal mediation but does need an expert consultant to 'facilitate' a meeting between individuals, teams or a meeting between managers or directors. This could be helpful for team away days, achieving specific goals, encouraging communication and effective group cohesion, facilitation of meetings with senior management or directors or facilitaing dialogue between individuals who are not working well together. You tell us what you need and we will provide it in a clear and skilled professional manner.

 Investigation of Bullying / Harassment Complaints 

INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION OF BULLYING OR HARASSMENT

Sometimes the situation is too serious for mediation in which case we offer independent investigation for complaints of bullying or harassment or grievance.

When an investigation is called for, it is best to bring in experienced investigators who are external and independent to the organisation. PMR Investigators will carry out an independent investigation of a complaint anywhere in the UK or worldwide - in line with your organisations policies and procedures.
