INDEPENDENT MEDIATION - want to resolve a complaint or dispute between two or more people?

We provide highly experienced mediation consultants to come to your organisation and mediate between individuals or teams. This can be when people are experiencing difficulties in working together or when grievance or bullying/harassment complaints have been made. We emphasise 'rebuilding of the working relationship' so people can find a way of working respectfully with each other. Mediations between two people usually only take one day and mediation for teams takes around 2 or 3 days. We charge only for the time we are mediating on the basis of a reasonable and transparent mediation consultants 'day fee.'

The subject for discussion in a 'one off' coaching session will be up to the person involved but can include work issues, dealing with difficult situations, skills coaching, achieving goals, etc...

LEADERSHIP FACILITATION

Nora Doherty (Director of PMR Ltd) and Malcolm Stern (leadership coach and psychologist) offer one day Leadership faciliation sessions for individuals at your own venue. These high powered one or two day sessions are for all levels of management or key senior managers or directors in the organisation who want to support and to add to their leadership skills and qualities.
