Mediations between two people usually only take one day and mediation for teams takes around 2 or 3 days. We charge only for the time we are mediating on the basis of a reasonable and transparent mediation consultants 'day fee.'

INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION OF BULLYING OR HARASSMENT COMPLAINTS
Sometimes the situation is too serious for mediation in which case we offer independent investigation for complaints of bullying or harassment or grievance allegations.
When an investigation is called for, it is best to bring in experienced investigators who are external and independent to the organisation. PMR Investigators will carry out an independent investigation of a complaint anywhere in the UK or worldwide - in line with your organisations policies and procedures.
