We are an independent and long established mediation company and one of the UK's leading specialists in the field of workplace mediation. PMR were the 'first' to create an accredited training in mediation for the workplace in the UK and has achieved an excellent reputation in this field for more than twenty years.

The unique PMR mediation 'six step structure' is one of rebuilding working relationships where they have broken down or where someone has put in a complaint through an organisations own policies such as grievance, bullying or harassment and mediation is offered as an informal first step to resolution or after an investigation has taken place and people still need to work together.

Definition: 'Workplace Mediation is a structured process whereby an impartial mediator facilitates communication between those in dispute in order for them to come up with mutually agreed solutions on how to improve their working relationship in the future.'

INDEPENDENT MEDIATION - want to resolve a complaint or dispute between two or more people?

We provide highly experienced independent mediation consultants to come to your organisation and mediate between individuals or teams. This can be when people are experiencing difficulties in working together or when grievance or bullying/harassment complaints have been made. We emphasise 'rebuilding of the working relationship' so people can find a way of continuing to work with each other in a respectful, professional way. Mediations between two people usually only take one day.

Nora Doherty and her team have many years of experience and have achieved a mediation success rate of over 90%.

INDEPENDENT 'INVESTIGATION' OF BULLYING OR HARASSMENT COMPLAINTS

Sometimes the situation is too serious for mediation in which case we offer independent investigation for complaints of bullying or harassment or grievance allegations.

When an investigation is called for, it is best to bring in experienced investigators who are external and independent to the organisation. PMR Investigators will carry out an independent investigation of a complaint anywhere in the UK or worldwide - in line with your organisations policies and procedures. Just contact us.
